今年初，全球管腔大会（Lumen Global）在迪拜的利兹凯尔顿酒店成功举办了第十一届年会。此届为期三天的会议主题是急性心肌梗塞（AMI）。参加会议的代表团包括来自27个国家的总计536名代表，而其中最庞大的团队则来自于印度和中国。这次官腔大会的课程主管是萨米尔·梅塔医生（Dr. Sameer Mehta），联席主管有辛迪·格里那医生（Dr. Cindy Grines），霍勇医生（Dr. Yong Huo），提摩西·亨利医生（Dr. Timothy Henry）, 撒敏·莎尔玛医生（Dr. Samin Sharma）, 阿肖克·赛斯医生（Dr. Ashok Seth）和瑞杰夫·卢臣医生（ Dr. Rajeev Lochan）。本次会议的学术研讨主题包括急性心肌梗塞的医药管理，溶栓疗法，皮冠状动脉介入治疗管理，和D2B介入治疗。会议日程还包括12个特别设置的培训机会，提供富有互动性的讨论平台，学者交流渠道，以及用模拟装置和无线传输设备实施的实践培训。
本次研讨会的一大亮点是由霍勇医生和萨米尔·梅塔医生共同主持的“全球管腔大会之中国峰会”。65名中国介入心脏病医生在“中国峰会”上针对ST 段抬高心肌梗死（STEMI）急性治疗的术前准备工作和手术过程展开了丰富讨论，包括案例分析。来自北京阜外医院的颜红兵教授也作为主席团成员参加了这次会议。他向嘉宾们展示了数例在处理急性心肌梗塞中的复杂病例。在会议的后半段，霍勇医生凭借其在中国创立全国STEMI工程的先锋成就，获得了全球管腔成就奖。这个奖项的前任杰出获得者包括马丁·里昂医生（Dr. Martin Leon）, 撒敏·莎尔玛医生（Dr. Samin Sharma）, 威廉·奥尼尔医生（Dr. William O'Neill）和爱丽丝·雅各布斯医生（Dr. Alice Jacobs）。2013年的全球管腔大会将在印度首都新德里举行。我们诚挚邀请在心血管疾病领域工作的专业医护人员参加2013年的大会！
